JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Manager of Web Analytics reports to the Cowboom General Manager, and is responsible for maintaining a wide knowledgebase regarding how the web environment works and the opportunities for greater understanding of online traffic intelligence. This will involve establishing the analysis vision and strategy for the online marketing and site traffic areas of the department. This role will develop recommendations to the organization based off of information generated from Web Analytics analysis and is responsible for communication and thought leadership with key stakeholders across the organization. This role is responsible for leveraging analytical best practices within the organization as they apply to web analytics. Additional duties include business ownership of web analytics technology including vendor management, supporting the IT function with web analytics site and industry expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing or related field. 6-8 years experience in quantitative marketing analysis (web analytics). Required Knowledge: Google Analyitics, Omniture, and /or Coremetrics. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Advance Degree in a related field

The Coldfusion Developer reports to the Manager of IT, and is responsible for the analysis, development, coding and implementation, QA, and bug fixing of web applications. As as Web Developer, you are expected to understand information architecture and implement coding using established best practices for security, performance, and user experience. The Developer must be able to prioritize and organize effectively while juggling several concurrent tasks. Your ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with business process owners, suppliers, and business partners is required, and your ability to lead and develop a diverse team, and a commitment to having fun while being the best is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Reporting to the Manager of IT, The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst performs hands-on QA work against web applications supporting our online businesses. The Analyst will work with the development team to review requirements, write test plans, scripts and documentation. The candidate will execute functional, regression, and stress tests while managing issues using RedMine tracking software. The candidate will have a "can do" attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business. The QA Analyst must be able to prioritize and organize effectively while juggling several concurrent tasks. A commitment to having fun while being the best is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: *Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Software Development *1+ years of QA Analyst experience *5 years QA IT organizations with primary responsibilities that include managing large to complex system testing/validation projects. This experience must include internet applications software testing and preferably in an e-commerce, business-driven environment and/or retail industry *5 years Managing team expectations and working with multi-level IT organizations as well as developing /defining test strategies for different types of large/complex IT projects *5 years Communicating and publishing QA status and documentation on detailed and executive summary levels *Advanced MS Office skills. ADDITIONAL JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS- TECHNICAL SKILLS: *SDLC - specifically QA cycles and principles "RDBMS concepts and software build processes *Different testing types (Functionality, Integration, Regression, UAT, System, Backend) *Understanding of web technology and applications and HTTP protocol *Understanding of relevant processes and technologies (e.g. SDLC, QA process, databases) *Ability to deeply understand complex technical applications.TESTING AND TRACKING TOOLS: *Functional automation (WinRunner, QuickTestPro)*Load/performance (e.g. LoadRunner, SQA, WAPT) *Issue tracking (Redmine, TestDirector, Mantis or any open-source tool) *QA defect management tools - JIRA, Bugzilla, HQ Quality Center *Source-control (SVN, CVS, etc.) *Hands on experience in defining QA dashboard and metrics *Proficient in QA methodologies
